Toni Jacalone is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), living in Simi Valley, CA with her 2 year old pup Ruby.  Currently working part-time in Long-Term Care at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Westlake, CA, she also has a private practice, where she coaches and counsels fellow single mothers by choice one-on-one, under the name The SMC Dietitian.
